I ordered a set from towelhub.com and overall I’m happy with them. Compared to my old towels, these are definitely thicker and heavier, which makes them feel a lot more comfy after a shower. The tradeoff is that they do take a little longer to dry, so I wouldn’t say they’re perfect for quick everyday use. They’re not super fancy or luxury-level, but they feel solid and decent for the price. I’d give them 4 stars because I like the weight, even if it’s slightly more than I need day to day.

I’ve washed these towels lot of times now and they’re still in really good shape. The edges haven’t started looking messy, and they didn’t get thin or rough like some towels do. Happy with how durable they’ve been so far.

The towels themselves were okay, nothing too special but fine enough. I did have to return a few though, and it was more annoying than I thought it would be. Getting a reply took a while, and the refund also not fast it showed up. I had to chase them once, which I didn’t love. Not the worst store or anything, but if they’re selling online, returns should be a bit easier.

These towels stayed super soft even after washing, which I was really happy about. they feel better than ones I had before. I’m happy with them overall.

The towel size was almost what I expected, though not exactly spot on. It still works fine, so I can’t complain too much, but I do wish the sizing had been a little more accurate

They had some basic options, which is fine, but if you’re looking for something a little different there just isn’t much there. I also wish they had more sizes and better designs. The site itself was easy enough to browse, I just wish there was more stuff to pick from.

Nothing was missing, thankfully, but the inside wrapping felt a bit rushed. Overall, the product was perfectly fine, but I did expect a little more care with the packaging. Not a bad experience, but not exactly impressive either.

Maybe it’s just me, but this got noticeably rough after just one wash. I was expecting it to stay softer for longer, so that was disappointing.

I ordered from Towel Hub the shipping kind of proved what I was already hoping, they seem on top of things. I got the tracking info not long after checkout, and the towels showed up within just a couple days. No random delays, no confusing updates, nothing annoying like that. Everything was packed fine too. I mostly wanted to mention the delivery speed because that’s the kind of thing I notice, and this lined up with my expectation that they’d be reliable. I’d definitely order again.

Towel Hub was really okay to use overall. I found the towels I was looking for, but some of the pages felt a bit cluttered and the filters weren’t really that clear in a few spots. Checkout went fine though, so no major issues there. I just think the site could use a cleaner layout.

The order turned out okay in the end. No real issue there. But the communication... not great. I had to keep chasing for updates, and the replies took longer than I expected. A bit frustrating, honestly. Would’ve been much better if they just kept me posted along the way

I only used it once and it pretty much stayed wet the whole time. It barely dried at all, which is annoying because these kinds of things always seem to promise quick drying and then never actually do...

Everything went fine. The order went through fast, which was great, I guess. No issues on my end, so yeah, happy with it.

The towels were fine, but nothing special for what I paid. I was expecting them to be softer and a bit thicker. Delivery was fine, so no issue there, but the overall quality didn’t really match the price, that part was weird. Just didn’t feel like a great value to me...

My towel order showed up short by a couple pieces, which was frustrating. I emailed customer service and it took a few days to get an actual helpful reply, not just the usual vague policy stuff. It felt like one of those loopholes where they can take their time because the rules don’t really hold them to much. Once someone finally got back to me, they did send the missing towels and it got sorted out. The quality is fine, but the slow support and policy runaround made the whole experience just okay.

I was in a good mood after using these because they barely shed at all. I’ve had towels leave lint everywhere before, so it was a nice little relief that these didn’t make a mess
